State two differences between boiling and burning.


Guddu26: boiling is a bulk phenomenon which takes place throughout the container whereas burning is the phenomenon that takes place by release of heat from a substance on ignition.

Boiling is the heating of a liquid till it begins to evaporating whereas burning is heating of a solid till it crumbles . Boiling property is always applicable on liquid and it has certain boiling point. While on the other hand burning is applicable for solid and objective things.
