This is a hard to understand question, as it's hard for me to imagine a property that would not be measurable.

Anyhow, here are a few I can think of:

Density
Color
Mass
Volume
Length/width/height
Hardness
Conductivity (both thermal and electrical)

properties of solid , liquid, gas are as follows;-
SOLID-
1.have strongest bond among the three.
2.defined shape
 LIQUID-
1.weak bond compared to solid but stronger bond than gas
2.shape is undefined
GAS-
1.weakest bond among the three.
2.shapes didn't exist
