Two ways by which heart muscles (cardiac muscles) are special or differentiated are :-

→ They are branched unlike any other muscle cells.

→ They never get tired due to fatigue. They are continuously moving without any rest.

Their cells are cylindrical.

Their cells are uninucleate .

Their cells are branched.

The region of contact contact between two muscle fibres has intercalated disc.

These muscles show rythmic contraction and relaxation throughout the life .
