HCl has higher concentration of H+ ions because HCl is a strong acid while CH3COOH is a weak acid. ... HCl is a strong acid and CH3COOH is a weak acid . Strong acid ionise completely whereas the weak acid ionise incompletely so HCl will give more ions as compared to the CH3COOH.
Here HCL means Hydrochloric Acid and CH3COOH means Acetic Acid
