State which is greater (12 + 6) * 10 and 12 + (6 x 10)​

(12+6)*10= 18*19=180

12+(6*10)=60+12=72

Using (BODMAS)

B - Bracket

O - Of

D - Division

M - Multiplication

A - Addition

S - Subtraction

(i) = (12 + 6) * 10

   = (18) * 10

   = 180

(ii) = 12 + (6 x 10)​

    = 12 + (60)

    = 72

Hence,  180 is greater than 72, it means (12 + 6) * 10 is greater than 12 + (6 x 10)​
