We can conclude option (b) as the correct answer.

EXPLANATION:

   This is because it has been already given that all seas are bees and that some tees are bees. From this, we can say that all tees are not bees, hence they are also not seas. This leads us to the rejection of the first conclusion.  

   But as only some tees are bees, we can say that some seas are tees. So this comes to the conclusion that the second conclusion is the correct one or option (b) is the right answer.
