Answer:
Fools rush in where angels fear to tread
Story:
A new financial company came up in a town under the name of Citizens Benefit Scheme. They set up a nice office too. People who are interested must join by filing a membership form. All details like name, address, bank account number, phone number, photo copies of identity cards and Aadhar Card must be furnished.
A member who deposited Rs. 10,000 would receive Rs. 20,000 within two or three months. Someone who deposited Rs. 50,000 would get Rs. 100,000. The new company claimed they use the money for real estate and other businesses to earn more money and give it back to the members.
This whole thing doesn't make sense. I warned lots of people. But after seeing that the first group of people who enrolled and deposited money were receiving the money as promised, the people started to invest more. Some borrowed and some even sold their properties. After all they are going to get double of what they deposited.
One morning, after three months, the members discovered that the office has been closed and the company manager and staff had fled. It was all a scam. The members, in thousands were bankrupted. A police case was filed but no one was ever arrested. (A true story by Selie Visa)
Conclusion:
People can land in dangerous or difficult situations if they do things without thinking carefully. It is foolishness to venture into something with little or no knowledge about it. Fools rush in where angels fear to tread.
