There are many ways to overcome that is to simplify the problems you have. One main thing is that eliminating stress in your day. Stress leads to complication of problems even worse. As living a simple life differs from person to person. It is about being less active or reducing or limiting yourself to certain things. i.e. Complaining less, wanting less (wanting to what you need necessarily), giving less time to the media (all types including social media, being online) and fill your life with the people you love.

Opportunities multiply as they are seized. There are various opportunities available, it’s us who leave the opportunities either waiting for better opportunities or it is not of my kind. Opportunities comes in many ways, let it be life or career. It’s all depends on how you use the opportunity that knocks your door effectively and efficiently.
