What happened? > Manik and Hariyali, a brother sister duo, honoured as‘Green Warriors' by the Municipal Council

Why? >They revolutionised the way their neighbourhood managed there trash

How? >They started a vermicomposting farm on their roof top; turned plastic bottles into pots and grew plants and

vegetables in them; taught their neighbours how to make a personal herb 

and vegetable garden in their terraces
