I took a deep breath and jumped in the cold water. As I opened my eyes underwater, I found an infinitely beautiful aquatic world. Colourful fishes encircled me wondering at my underwater swimming gear. In the black gear and oxygen cylinder at my back and the flippers, I must have looked like a weird sea animal. I kept exploring the depths of the sea. I had hardly dived a few hundred feet, when my eyes met a unique sight. I found a heavenly township consisting of crystal homes and palaces.
Intrigued by the beauty and appeal of the township, I swam towards it. As I hovered around the crystal entrance portal of the settlement, a shoal of mermaids and mermen in their vibrant sparkling colours. There was nothing threatening in their movements, so I just did not panic. I mermaid, may be their leader, approached me and asked me to accompany the group inside the colony to the palace of the queen of the mermaids and mermen.
The angels of the sea took me to the queen. I was just in a heaven of beauty. The palace was lit with the lights of colours of rainbow. The queen sat on the diamond throne. I was given a beautiful comfortable seat quite near the queen. “Welcome to our world”, said she, “We are extremely glad today that a representative from the mankind has come to our world. Kindly tell the people living on the surface of the earth near the coastal areas not to dump their sewer drains and industrial effluents into the sea.” I just felt so embarrassed. I could not speak a word.
Born in a normal family with everything a child need : loving and caring parents ,naughty yet sweet brother. but life was never same after that incident . I was shy girl who didn't love to talk to any one . as high school arrived ,being shy was not a option . High school as a nightmare for some children , I was one of them . as I enter the school I saw my people some sweet , rude etc . as I begin to enter the my class all of a sudden a guy came in front of me and began to bull me for my looks ,clothes , color etc. inside my heart I was all broke ,but I kept that smile on my face and ignored him .as class ended I began to leave the school when a bunch of students surrounded me . and to my surprise it was the same guy who bulied me first .as I tired to leave they surround me again started to call me names .
I saw the principal coming so I called 'Sir' . after seeing sir they left . as days passed I forgot about it . I meet a girl named arora she was cool , she told me to ignore them. our school decide to take ur to a water park . as we reached the park , we all changed to our swimming suite . and as I was going towards the pool the same guy came near me and started teasing for my color and how ugly my swim sure was . I ignored him . I took a deep breath and jump in the frezzing water without a second thought. he continued to say me things but when he started to insult my family . I don't know what happened but all of a sudden a got enough streanght to speak . I got out of the pool and caught the guys color and said to him: if I ever heard u talk bad stuff about my family ,I will not leave u. after seeing the anger in my eyes he left. after that incident really changed my life I was able to spaeak for my self . and I never had the fear to speak to stranger .
