Solution:

x= 10cm = 0.1m

we know,  

Amperes circuital law

B = μο I / 2π r

r = distance from the wire

B = (4π × $10^{-7}$ ×3) / 2 π × 0.1

B = 6 ×$10^{-7}$ / 0.1

B = 6 ×$10^{-6}$ T

so,magnitude of magnetic field = 6 ×$10^{-6}$ T
