Story – A foreigner wants to build a Factory here, he approaches the local MLA.  MLA demands certain amount of share.  The foreigner agrees, he is then taken to Chief Minister, there also he gets demanded a share.  He agrees.  He is then taken to PM’s Office, there also the same story.  In the end, the foreigner turns out to be a member of NATO.
