Lactobacillus acidophilus is a type of bacteria and it improves resistance.

Acetobacter is a type of bacteria and is useful for the microbial degradation.

Saccharomyces cerevisiae is a type of yeast and is used for the fermentation of carbon.  

Aspergillus oryzae is a type of fungus and is used for the fermentation of mixture.
