Actually, small amount of stress is good as it alerts your mind and improves its function and if stress is given in a very positive way it is good . i am explaining it with an example :- a person have lots of homework to do then if there will some stress and tension he will do it soon so it is the good effect of stress , but if there is no stress he will not do that homework and this becomes negative factor , and if stress is very high it will lead to depression which is very harmful and causes suicides so that is a negative factor. hence, small amount of stress is good ... :)
