  • They possess internal lamellae.
  • The three types of leucoplast include :
  1. Amyloplasts : Starch containing leucoplasts. It is larger than original size of leucoplast.
  2. Elaioplasts : Fat containing leucoplasts.
  3. Aleuroplasts, Proteoplasts and Proteinoplasts which store proteins.
