Well, the students can be allowed to use cell phones in schools, but under greatly controlled conditions. Mobiles can be used creatively as learning tabs. They can look up the Internet and take the required help concerning the study topic or class activity going on in the class. No teacher's head can hold as much information as the Internet. So with mobiles students can access all the relevant data and make their studies more meaningful. However, before allowing students to use mobiles in the class the teachers must implement the following conditions before the students:
1. No calling during the studies.
2. No what-sapping during the studies.
3. No facebooking during the studies.
4. No calling during the studies.
5. No shareiting during the studies.
6. No blutoothing during the studies.
7.ONLY STUDIES.
