i) 6.8 for salivary amylase to work

ii) 1.5 for pepsin in stomach

iii) 7.8 for various pancreatic enzymes like trypsin, lipase, pancreatic amylase etc.

iv) 7 to 8 for protease and carbohydrase enzymes in ileum.
