Answers with respect to technique and flowchart are given below-

1. Follicular maturation and superovulation

2. Transfer of eggs to surrogate mother.

The technique depicted in flowchart is Multiple Ovulation Embryo Transfer Technology (MOET). It is a five week program mainly aimed at increasing ovulation in cattles.

In this techniques, quality cattles are administered with hormone to increase their ovulation from naturally one egg to artificially six to eight eggs.

These are artificially inseminated with best sperms to get offspring with required qualities. The fertilizes eggs are transferred to surrogate mother without surgical removal.

The embryo mother is ready to be superovulated again. The technology is very important as the offsprings produced are of desired qualities with best genetic information in them.

They will be high milk producing cows or high strength bulls. Former are good for dairy while latter are good for agricultural purposes.

The ovules formed can also be stored for later use when needed.
