- After cleaning them, you have to boil them in water for a few minutes.
- Let this mixture cool down for a bit.
- Stain out the lemons and squeeze the juice from these dehydrated lemons.
- To further enhance the flavour add citric acid to it and sugar according to taste.
- Pour it in a clean and dry bottle.
- Pack them and seal them so no air can enter.
- These are now ready to e sent to market.
