The picture has good and bad, both activities. Like some boys are doing yoga as well as some of them flying kite. These both activities are good. And at the other hand, some boys are throwing stones at a poor dog, the dog has no fault. So that is why I'm calling them bad.

Exercise- Exercise is physical activity that is planned, structured, and repetitive for the purpose of conditioning the body. Exercise consists of cardiovascular conditioning, strength and resistance training, and flexibility.
