Energy transformation is the change of energy from one form to another form. There are many different kinds of energies such as, electrical, thermal, nuclear, mechanical, sound and chemical. The examples from daily life include:

1- A toaster - Transforms electrical energy in thermal energy

2- A blender - Transforms electrical energy in mechanical energy

3- Human bodies - In human bodies, chemical energy is converted from food  to mechanical  and electrical energy because of which movement occurs.
