SUBJECT AND PREDICATE
Every sentence has two parts. The part that is the subject tells you
what or who the sentence is about. It can be one word or a group
of words.
Examples Neha is a confident child.
This tree is more than a hundred years old.
The part that is the predicate tells you something about the subject.
It contains the verb of the sentence.
Examples Shaun rides a bicycle.
The lady was walking her dog.
