Answer:

1) A graph is a line straight or curved that shows relation between two quantities out of which one varies as a result of change in other.

2) A bar chart or bar graph is a chart or graph that presents categorical data with rectangular bars with heights or lengths proportional to the values that they represent.

3) A body is said to be in a non-uniform motion if it travels unequal distances in equal intervals of time.

4) Uniform motion along a line is the very special kind of motion that occurs when an object moves with unvarying speed in a fixed direction.

5) A simple pendulum consists of a small metal ball (called bob) suspended by a long thread.

6) Oscillation is the repetitive variation, typically in time, bof some measure about a central value or between two or more different states.

7) Speed is a scalar quantity that refers to "how fast an object is moving."

8) The time period is the time taken by a complete cycle of the wave to pass a point, Frequency is the number of complete cycle of waves passing a point in unit time.

9) A unit of time or midst unit is any particular time interval, used as a standard way of measuring or expressing duration.

Answer:

  • Graphs:a diagram in which a line or a curve shows the relationship between two quantities, measurements, etc.
  • Bar graph:A bar chart or bar graph is a chart or graph that presents categorical data with rectangular bars with heights or lengths proportional to the values that they represent. The bars can be plotted vertically or horizontally.
  • Non-uniform motion:A body is said to be in a non-uniform motion if it travels unequal distances in equal intervals of time. ... Therefore, we can say that the motion of a freely falling body is an example of a non-uniform motion. The distance-time graph of the non-uniform motion is a curved line.
  • uniform motion:A body is said to be in uniform motion if it travels equal distances in equal intervals of time, no matter how small these time intervals may be.
  • Simple pendulum:an ideal pendulum consisting of a point mass suspended by a weightless inextensible perfectly flexible thread and free to vibrate without friction —distinguished from physical pendulum.
  • oscillations:Oscillation is the repetitive variation, typically in time, of some measure about a central value or between two or more different states. The term vibration is precisely used to describe mechanical oscillation. Familiar examples of oscillation include a swinging pendulum and alternating current.
  • Speed:In everyday use and in kinematics, the speed of an object is the magnitude of the change of its position; it is thus a scalar quantity
  • Time period:The time required by a body exhibitting periodic motion to complete one period is known as the time period. The S.I. unit is second. Frequency : The number of times a body exhibits unique motion (each period) in one second is known as frequency.
  • Unit of time:The unit of time is seconds.
