• Body mass of Ram = 60 kg

To Find :-

• Mass and weight of Ram on earth and moon

Solution :-

Mass on earth will be 60 kg as it will be same as body mass.

Mass on moon will be also 60 kg because mass is the quantity of matter possessed in matter and mass is constant in whole universe.

→ Weight = Mass × Acceleration due to gravity

→ Weight on earth = 60 × 9.8 = 588 N

→ Weight on moon = ⅙ of weight on earth

→ Weight on moon = ⅙ × 588 = 98 N

• Mass on earth = 60 kg
• Weight on earth = 588 N
• Mass on moon = 60 kg
• Weight on moon = 98 N
