here is your answer mate.....
X = (20-2y)/7
putting this value...
11(20-2y)/7 +15y = -23
then..
(220-22y)/7 +15y = -23
then... 220-22y+105y = 7×(-23)= -161
then...
83y +220 = -161
then... y = -381/83
putting this value...
X = {20 -2(-381/83)}/7 = (20 +9.18)/7 = 4.16 = 416/100
