Answer:

from equation first y=5-3x

using in equation second

2x+3(5-3x)=1

after solving -7x=1-15

x=2

then by putting value of x in equation second y= -1

Given, 3x+y=5................(1)
2x+3y=1..……………(2)
Using eqn (1),
3x+y=5
y=5-3x................(3)
Substituting (2),(3)
2x+3(5-3x)=1
2x+15-9x=1
-7x=1-15
-7x=-14
x=2

Putting value of x in eqn (1)
3(2)+y=5
6+y=5
y=-1
