 \frac{5}{3}  +  \frac{3}{5}  -  \frac{ - 21}{9}  \\ \\   \frac{25 + 9}{15}  -  \frac{ - 21}{9}  \\  \\  \frac{34}{15}  +  \frac{21}{9}  \\  \\  \frac{102 + 105}{45}  \\  =  \frac{207}{45}  = 4.6
