 \frac{ - 11}{5}  -  \frac{2}{3}  =  \frac{ - 43}{15}  \\  \\ and \\  \frac{3}{5}  +  \frac{7}{3}  =  \frac{21}{15}

difference between these obtained values is

 \frac{ - 43}{15}  -  \frac{21}{15}  =  -  \frac{22}{15}  \\  \\ your \: answer \: is \:   - \frac{22}{15}
