➡ (-27)+(-13) - (-19)-(-15)

➡ -27-13 - (-19)+15

➡ -40 - (-4)

➡ -40+ 4

➡ -36

[(-19)-(-15)]-[(-27)+(-13)]
=(-19+15)-(-27-13)
=(-4)-(-40)
=-4+40
=+36
so, the answer is 36.
