3a + 5ab + 7 {b}^{2}  + 3 + 2a - 4ab -  3 {b}^{2}  + 7 \\  = 5a + ab + 4 {b}^{2}  + 10

Difference =

9a - 5ab + 1162 - (5a + ab + 4 {b}^{2}  + 10) \\  = 9a - 5ab + 1162 - 5a  -  ab  -  4 {b}^{2}   -  10 \\  = 4a - 6ab - 4 {b}^{2}  + 1152
