Let us first do the summation -

1) \:  \dfrac{4}{5}  +  \:  \dfrac{( - 5)}{9}

 \dfrac{4 \times 9 + ( - 5) \times 5}{45}

 \dfrac{36 - 25}{45}

 \dfrac{11}{45}

Now,

Now, We can reduce -35/45 in simplest form i.e. -7/9

2) \:  \dfrac{ ( - 7)}{15}  \:  +  \:  \dfrac{( - 7)}{9}

 \dfrac{( - 7) \times 3 + ( - 7) \times 5}{45}

 \dfrac{( - 21) - 35}{45}

 \dfrac{( - 56)}{45}

NOW, LET US DO THE SUBTRACTION PART-

 \dfrac{( - 56)}{45}  -  \dfrac{11}{45}

 \dfrac{ - 56 - 11}{45}

 \huge{\bold{\mathrm{\purple{Final\: Answer:}}}}  \dfrac{ - 67}{45}
