So the sum of

 \frac{ - 5}{7}  +  \frac{ - 8}{3}

So by taking LCM

 \frac{ - 15 - 56}{21}

 \frac{ - 71}{21}

 \frac{5}{2}  +  \frac{ - 11}{12}

 \frac{30 - 11}{12}

 \frac{19}{12}

So

  \frac{ - 71}{21}  +  \frac{19}{12}

 \frac{399 - 852}{252}

 \frac{ - 453}{252}
