Sum of a+2b-3c and 2c-3b-4a = a+2b-3c + 2c-3b-4a
= -3a-b-c ____eq. 1

Sum of 5b-4c+a and 2c-3b-4a
= 5b-4c+a+2c-3b-4a
= -3a+2b-2c ______eq 2

According to question, eq2-eq1
=> (-3a+2b-2c) -(-3a-b-c)
=> -3a+2b-2c+3a+b+c
=> 3b-c

Hope this answer is helpful for you...........

Sum of ( a + 2b - 3c ) and ( 2c - 3b - 4a )

= a + 2b - 3c + 2c - 3b - 4a

Combine like terms

= a - 4a + 2b - 3b - 3c + 2c

= - 3a - b - c

Sum of ( 5b - 4c + a ) and ( 2c - 3b - 4a )

= 5b - 4c + a + 2c - 3b - 4a

Combine like terms

= a - 4a + 5b - 3b - 4c + 2c

= - 3a + 2b - 2c

Subtraction of ( - 3a - b - c ) from ( - 3a + 2b - 2c )

= ( - 3a + 2b - 2c ) - ( - 3a - b - c )

= - 3a + 2b - 2c + 3a + b + c

Combine like terms

= - 3a + 3a +2b + b - 2c - c

= 3b - c
