Consumer plays the most important role I marketing activities...in such a case, for the success of consumer movement...a consumer must give a active participation as a consumer is the one , who can bring success to this movement...a consumer should understand his duty and keep an eye on the fair exchange of goods..he should understand his ability and be aware of his rights that are granted to each citizen..he should complain against illegal practices of selling goods and raise his voice when the retailers try to look forward for any mischievous practices..
