Sudha took lemon juice in two flasks,She put salt in flask I and washing soda in flask II.She observed lots of bubbles in flask II but nothing in flask I . What could be the reason for this?

Answer:

she noticed the bubbles because the washing soda is basic and the lemon juice was acidic and neuralization process was taking place, however the salt being basic didnt react with the lemon juice as it was not as basic as the soda.
