By using solar and wind energy systems for the entire area, local community can cut down the cost of energy usage. 5. Community energy conservation needs to increase awareness about our Eco system, and promote new advances in energy conservation techniques and materials, so they get used. 6. Small changes by all can lead to big results for efficient use of energy resources like electricity, water, natural gas through three R's i.e. Reuse, Recycle and Reduce. 7.Turning off unneeded electric appliances at home and office, whether it is a light bulb or a computer, when not working with them. 8. Local communities can hold public events and competitions, conservation events, and work with local remodeling businesses to provide public access to new conservation ideas and projects for more efficient energy uses. 9. Community energy conservation programs can be implemented and publicized so that the energy bills can be reduced.

Prohibiting production, marketing, acquisition, and import of cautioned devices and apparatuses who do not match with the specified to energy expenditure standards.

Wastage of energy sources must be decreased to the lowest through community endeavors which can be done through information campaigns, media production, advertisement and so on.
