Suggest an experiment to prove that oil has lesser specific heat than the water

Take equal weights of oil and water in two deep frying ... that the oil heats up and rises in temperature faster than water. ... In the above experiment : ΔQ = m s ΔT ... So ΔT is more for oil which has less value of "s" specific heat.
