Suggest an experiment to prove that the rate of evaporation of a liquid depends on its surface area and vapour already present in surrounding air.

take a china dish.
pour some water .
put it under a fan.
 
again take a glass.
pour some water and put this under the same fan or other

MAKE SURE THAT IT IS A HOT DAY
 
and the result would be the water in the china dish evaporates faster than the glass
