5. do hard work to reach ur goal.

6. Know and utilize your strengths and gifts.

7. Be Passionate.

8. Live in accordance with your morals and values.

9. Maintain a positive attitude.

10. Improve communication skills.

11. Be willing to admit and learn from failures and weaknesses.

12. Continue to educate and improve yourself.
