better education facilities and health facilities and employment opportunities which would gradually lead to a boost in the GDP of the country and hence we can observe a development in the country's economy which would lead to eradication of poverty by all means. Kerala has done all of the above and hence has been developed immensely.

Human resource development: it develops the skill thus improving the economic conditions by skilled labour. Kerala has focused more on human resource development

Land Reform: land Reform measures generate income and reduce poverty. In West Bengal land Reform measures have helped in reducing poverty.

Public Distribution of food grains: when Public Distribution reaches the poor without a blockage, it gives full implimentation of government schemes. In Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh ,Public Distribution of food grains could have been responsible for the improvement.
