Answer: As we all know that fatty food is not good for health as it has lot of fat which clogs your muscle and makes you fat which makes the risk of being heart attacked.

Red meat butter and cream and less fried food contains less fat Hence it is easily digested Thus it's fat globules don't get concentrated in body hence it less down the risk of heart attack.
