Explanation:

see I don't know the exact answer to your question but know some things to share with you ,

gravity slows things down . you know that the universe is continuously expanding at an accelerating velocity(doppler effect proves this) driven by a mysterious force that we have named dark energy and dark matter as scientists also think that there is not just enough mass in a galaxy to stay for all the constituents to stay together and scientists and cosmologists also think that if gravity could ever beat this dark energy and dark matter( can never predict the future) then the universe would collapse and bring all the matter in the universe to it's center, and maybe that is the end of the universe( maybe).

if you could go right now faster than the speed of light ( hypothetical situation as you have mass) ( any object with mass cannot reach the speed of light( use of negative mass ,infinite energy ,high gravitational force , maybe required to do this) then time relative to that of what we are used to in the Earth would literally slow down and even go backwards then we might have chances of contacting the past.

hence scientists are interested in slowing things down as they are interested in fastening things up

hope this answer was useful to you

sorry couldn't make it short ☹️

but, this was a really nice question congrats
