Suggestion on dealing with violent kids

hello!
kids are not generally violent. but if they are then there must be some reason behind it.we should try and understand what is disturbing them and make them feel comfortable.
sometimes the kid does what he/she sees. If elders around them are violent the kids may also turn violent.in such cases the kid should be treated with love and care and elders should stop acting violently.
kids should be told that what they are doing is not right. in such cases the child should not be scolded.
or he / she will get more violent. they should be talked to with care and love.
