Total wheat Sukhdeo had = 10 quintal

Rate of wheat per quintal = 4050 Rs

Total amount received by Sukhdeo after sailing wheat = 4050 * 10

= 40,500 Rs

Agent's commission in % =1 % of total amount

Agent's commission in rupees is: 1 % of 40,500 Rs

= (1 x 40,500)/100

= 1 x 405

= 405 Rs

Amount left with Sukhdeo = 40,500-405

= 40,095 Rs

According to the problem given ,

Selling price of each quintal wheat = Rs 4050

Selling Price of 10 quintal of wheat ( S.P )

S.P = 10 × 4050 = Rs 40500

Commission paid( C ) = 1 % of Rs 40500

= ( 1/100 ) × 40500

= Rs 405

Sukhdeo Received amount after selling

the sheet from agent = S.P - C

= Rs 40500 - Rs 405

= Rs 40095
