Hey dear,

● Answer -
Silicon tetrafluoride and water.

● Explaination -
- Silica is chemically silicon dioxide. i.e. SiO2.
- Silica (from glass) reacts with hydrogen fluoride to give silicon tetrafluoride gas and liquid water.
SiO2 + 4HF ---> SiF4 + 2H2O

* If conc. hydrofluoric acid ia used, hydrogen hexafluorosilicate is formed.
* This reaction is used for decorating glass surface.

Hope this helps you ....
