Hello friend

p(x)=2(x^2-3)+x

p(x)=2x²-6+x

p(x)=2x²+x-6

Splitting the middle term

2x²+4x-3x-6=0

2x(x+2)-2(x+2)=0

(x+2)(2x-2)=0

x+2=0 =>x=-2

2x-2=0 =>x=1

The zeroes of the polynomial p(x) are -2 and 1

Sum of the zeros of the polynomials is -2+1= -1

Product of the zeroes of the polynomial is -2×1=-2
