Answer:

solution :

1st year intrest i = p(1+i)ñ 1200 = p(1+i)

2nd year intrest i = p(1+i)ñ 1320 = p(1+i)²

for become equation = 1200×1.1= p(1+i) . 1.1

1320 = p(1+i) 1.1

p(1+i) 1.1 = p(1+i)²

1+i (1.1) =( 1+i )²

1.1 + 1.1i = +2i + 1

+0.9i -0.1 = 0

i= o.1 so you rate of intrest 10%

so your principale is = 12000

hope its helping u..
