Let the 4 consecutive even numbers be x , x + 2 , x + 4 , x + 6

sum of least odd and even number is 59

                                  least odd number + x = 59

                                       least odd number = 59 - x

hence the three consecutive odd numbers are 59-x , 61 - x , 63-x

hence sum of largest odd number and even number = x+6+63-x

                                                                                             = 69
