X+Y=6

Y=6-X……………….1

And

10X+Y+18=10Y+X

9X-9Y+18=0

Divide whole equation by 9 we get

X-Y+2=0…………..2

By putting value of X from Equation 1 in equation 2 we get

X-(6-X)+2=0

So

X-6+X+2 =0

2X-4=0

2X=4

X=2

Hence

Y=6–2=4

Now

10X+Y=2*10+4=24

Hence two digit no. is 24
