by using sum of n terms formula we can solve this problem

Sn= n/2 [2a+(n-1)d]

here ;n=no of terms

a=first term

d = common difference.

by the problem

n=11

a=10

d=1

By substituting them in the formula we get

S11 = 11/2[2x10+(11-1)1]

= 11/2[20+10]

=11/2[30]

=11x15

=165

so,the sum of consecutive numbers from 10 to 20 is 165

I hope I helped u,if so pls like my ans❤️
